- Select the test(s) you want to be ordered, then order it (them)
- Select your lab site
- Print out your lab requisition form, or show the requisition to the lab tech via your smartphone.
- Within 1-2 business days (but maybe 3 business days, depending on Holidays etc. Go into your portal and review your labs.
- If any lab is positive, we do have a Board Certified Licensed Physician that can treat you. You do not have to come to our site, your VIDEO visit can take place on your smartphone through our Hale App. All Video visits are $99.00.
